I didn't realize you are too dumb to understand an apples to apples comparison. Forget 121 airline vs 135 helicopter ops. Look at fixed wing vs rotor EMS. Who gets paid more? Who gets better benefits? Who has the easier job? The fixed wing EMS pilots don't even have to stay on base while on call. It's typically a 1 hour call-out window. Most of the flights are scheduled in advance. So they're relaxing at home, getting paid substantially more, doing easy low-risk flying while you dumb-azzes try to justify working for AMC or Metro for $70k per year. |
