Starting pay in EMS goes from $65K to $85K base depending on your negotiating skills. Some companies pay more for hard to fill or high cost of living areas. Add 10% for OT accrued for late flights, and training you will have to do on one of your weeks off. Some adds a stipend for housing while on duty if you don't live local. |
