Pennsylvania HEMS   

Just a helicopter enthusiast from north central Pennsylvania, between Williamsport and the NY border. Saw today that UPMC Williamsport will be a level 2 trauma center starting 9/1. My question is - I see many flights from southern NY and northern PA fly over Williamsport to take trauma patients to the Level 1 in Danville. As Williamsport will be a level 2, will those flights now go to Williamsport instead. Thanks for answers, just not sure if a helciotper would fly over a level 2 to get to a level 1.
