Agree with most all of your points, some things work well enough in the civil market but not into the military side. Can certainly tell helicopters that were civil designed and then adapted for military use vs designed from the get go for the military, the cost of course ends up reflecting that. Anyone who has ever watched Mike Patey designing and building aircraft can appreciate what thinking ahead really means and making things that make sense. |
