the union deserves all the credit as unionization forced the company to bargaining table. We all know what the situation is now. PHI's pilot pay doubled because of the contract. That would have never happened if not for the union. What the company did or didn't do with their final offer isn't relevant. I'm pretty sure you're making that up as retroactive back pay was the hang up. What is relevant is the huge increase in pay and benefits the union regotiated and the company agreed to. End of story.
