Pilots who work OT shifts should get paid more than pilots that don't, IE. end of the year bonus, higher raises, more time off. Pilots who don't should get little to no raise, less time off because they have so much already, etc. A bit more on topic... Maybe the people who do the work should be promoted so the best leaders, hardest working guys pave the way to a better industry. Check out Jacko's podcast and many other on taking responsibility, and leading the way.
