OP- Over Time and base performance, future employment.. etc When all people at the base step up for a short time everyone gets time off, etc. What happens when all you pilots spout off about I want to do my thing is, you are doing that at the expense of the other guys at your base. Congratulations you just like every other leech, leeching the animal tell it dies, and we all die. That means the base moves to another program, closes, etc. Man it must be great thinking the world revolves around yourself. |
