A company's chronic staffing problems are not my problem and you shouldn't make it yours, either. The company hired me to work a 7/7 and I fulfill my end of our agreement. You create your own problems by resenting pilots that do what is asked and expected. You also keep pay down because the company has no reason to do what they need to do fill the slots. The pilots that feel they need to work OT to cover shifts are not hard workers, they're chumps. You're your own worst enemy, bro. |
