I realized I missed one thing.... perhaps YOUR personal thing is to work overtime and feel like you can say you are one of the only pilots 'holding the operation together' because that's just who you are. Maybe family and time off aren't your personal primary concerns. And if that's so... cool. You are free to be you. But don't assume everyone values overtime the same way. Most don't. And they aren't wrong either. |
