Easier to make that mistake at night where rising terrain less visible. BTW, where were the "Flight crew'? How could they make such a bad decision and "allow" the pilot to land there? Didn't their "superior knowledge and education" not see that coming? THen again, if that had been a 407 it would have been doable. |
