Just had one last month.  HR recruiter will confirm the information that you put on your computer application, make sure you meet the basic requirements (flight time, current medical, etc.) and clarify any questions THEY may have regarding you.  Example of a question she asked me, "I see you worked for us 3 years ago.  Why did you leave then and why do you want to come back?"  Basic stuff like that.  Very laid back interview.  Be yourself and answer the questions truthfully.  If the HR person has no issues they will set you up with a Zoom interview with the Area Manager, Aviation Manager, HR representative, and at least 2 medical folks from the base or area around the base you have applied for.  During that interview ask any questions regarding the base, pilot housing, call volumn, or anything you are not sure of to them.   If you have applied for a hospital base program you will have an additional Zoom interview with the representatives of the hospital.  Hope this helps and good luck.
