Well there is an LOA (letter of authorization) issued by the FAA. And there should be an 8410 form filled out on your check airman check ride that you should have access to but are not required to sign it. And of course the FAA and your company both keep a check airman file on you as well as the FAA enters your information into their PTRS-SAS system. The 8900.1 document will explain in detail.
But a check airman will not be in the OpsSpecs because they are not in a FAR 119 position. DO, CP or DM. |
