Metro benefits are great. Full Medical/Dental/Vision paid with no deduction from your paycheck. Covers entire family. For those with Tricare or have own medical ins. they up your salary by 5k. 401k match 75% up to 7%. Dont know what the other posters got going on, but I get more OT than I can handle at my base. Had over 20k in OT last year. 4% raise every year for the past 18 years |
