I'd say fairly good, problem is we've been there twice before. Avra Valley 1998-99. closed. Tucson Int'l airport mid 2000's, closed. A LOT of politics in Tucson. If you already live there, take the chance. If not, don't buy a house unless you plan on living there after the base closes.
