AMC Starting pay 69-73K is equal to 30ish dollars an hour. PHI, Bristow, etc are all around there right now even for offshore. There are only a few companies paying for good quality pilots. Also some of those companies have gate keepers keeping out pilots due to hiring practices. IE- if your not military, or a certain group of utility. You are not getting even though you might have more experience or be a better pilot.
