Flying with discrepancies.   

I doubt there is a helicopter out there on the line in any type of operation, that doesn't have discrepancies not written up. You go to a base and do a workover, discover a "discrepancy" and write it up. To the normal crew, it was not a "discrepancy" because they were used to it and it was just part of the helicopter's personality or just the way it is. I'm not talking about flight critical or job critical items. But some of you want to gripe and complain and write up everything! Fuel flow light flickered, Davtron has portion of display missing for first few minutes of operation, comm picks up static near metal hangar, etc. 

Use a little common sense and get to work.
