They are no better than any other vendor in my opinion. If the hospital / customer doesn't like you, you are done. You may be right for the sake of safety or compliance, but being labeled "hard to work with", "not a team player", or "we don't feel safe" is or has been used for getting rid of people that don't bend rules for the sake of some nurse or medic getting their way with you operating and being responsible for the aircraft. Don't be suprised when this post gets deleted as this forum covers for Metro constantly. That's why you don't hear much of the bad stories.
