Not even FAR 135.267(c). Because, even there, if the certificate holder doesn't maintain regularly assigned duty periods of 14 hours or less, it REVERTS to FAR 135.267(d) [10 hour rest in 24 hr lookback] It is not about DUTY LIMITATION, it is about REST REQUIREMENTS. I can get off DUTY, get 8 hours of good REST (or less even), come back to work and be on DUTY another 10, 12, 14, whatever flying. Just can't fly Part 135! |
