No its not legal to fly past 14 hours with a passenger on board. your area manger works for the company you for you are emplyed by. Its not his or her certificate on the line its yours. One caviat you may fly past the 14 hours if you are allrady enroute to your home base then you canoot report to work the next day until you have the specifed rest period according to the 135 limitations or part 121. |
