... within the 14 hrs of duty, then plan to continue after that Part 91 (ie, without medical crewmembers or patient) just like ANY OTHER Part 135 certificate holder can.

5he only thing making HAA special is when the medical crewmembers or patient is aboard. If you PLAN to leave them somewhere within 14 hrs, you can then PLAN to continue under Part 91 afterwards. Like, the legs to go get fuel, or get back to the base after leaving a NICU/PICU team you picked up elsewhere, etc. You are NOT duty limited to 14 hours conducting Part 91 operations.
