Hate to burst your bubble but there were quite a few Airlines using the RTP program in order to get the military incentive payment from the United States government. And the failure rate was not tracked it to individuals it was tracked to all check airman that were failing stude because they weren't meeting the standards simple as that. Hate to burst your military ego gods gift to aviation bubble but same story over and over again and everyone in the industry knows it. Military trained = Private Pilot. |
