Why should per diem and mileage be included. They are for expenses incurred and not part of max gross pay. I never made a dime off of expenses. OT hours should be stated. Different quality of life for a guy who makes $100K a year with no OT compared to a guy making $65K base but earning $100K after working mega OT. Salary survery like yours skew the facts and make it look like average income in the industry is highes than actual. |
