Ours has. Nothing really groundbreaking. Pretty obvious stuff that takes just a few minutes to click through, but oh my goodness you wouldn't believe the butthurt. The main message of the course was that as humans we all have biases that we should endeavor to become more aware of and not let impact how we deal with others. A few of my coworkers went high and right and are complaining that the training is prejudiced against white people... whatever that means. I think they saw the term "unconscious bias" and confused it with "workplace diversity/inclusion", which they really really really really REALLY dislike. |
