Inflation  

Yea unions suck. I loved living in company quarters that had floors so rotten pilots would step through them, where mold grew inside like moss, where a/c never worked, and where the water was to  dangerous to even shower.

I hated union contracts that required decent housing, pay increasing by 25%, and not having to worry about getting fired for turning down flights in terrible weather. Let's go back to those good ole pre-union days.

Companies that deserve unions get unions.
