Well I was *going* to just say, "Good luck, I hope it works out!" and leave it at that.
But then you had to go and spoil it.
"No spelling or grammar checkers were used. I did not have time fin this quick note. Its not importand anyway."
Sooooo...you're the kind of guy who doesn't sweat the details, eh? Grammar not important, eh? Man, with an attitude like that, you must've been a heck of a pilot! Or...were you just "winding us up," as the Brits say?
One of the problems in the helicopter industry is that helicopter pilots come off looking like uneducated boobs because they think that spelling and grammar are "not importand anyway." They want the world to just...you know...assume that they're oh-so-intelligent, but the world forms an entirely opposite opinion.
Which you just reinforced. Thank you for that.
I hope you were just having a little laugh at our expense. If that's the case, fine. But for many readers of this board, the "joke" went right over their (our) heads.
I do hope the FAA job works out for you. They need more helicopter guys. The last good one they had (former owner of the Otto airshow copter) got COVID, waited too long to go to the hospital, and died.
