Phi mechs union  

PHI Mechanic don't really want a union but after years of getting shafted by upper management who does not care how mechanic really feels we go out of our way to make missions we will not fail. Our goal is to keep our customers happy.  To make sure  we have a Safe and Airworthy aircraft. and to suppport them. Happiness for them is key. We continue not to get any type of increase, Pay raise wen we get them do not offset,  increase in Medical Insurance. We do the above and beyond our job title. We have several titles Mechanic, Parts, Shipping, Material, Finding Supplers, finding Vendors, finding Cali tools,Computer and Printer tech, and then we get crazy emails can you do this, do that too and on top of that if we make a tiny mistake it like we did something crimical. No one really remember the good work/job we do. They just remember the BAD. we been dealing we this Leader for too long he does not care.  He force us down this road.
