did the 3-3-6 but 7&7 allowed assurance of a weekend off each time not on shifts.
Liked 3 3 6 except for the weekend thing.
HAA is a job that can get reaaaaaallllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy tiring, especially putting up with the windging and baloney of the medical people.
Poorly melded team concepts are to blame in my mind. It, the business, is all about the medical characters, not about team work. Had a medical type tell me they were the customer so I could take a hike over a contentious conversation. Well, I put the operation down, and a whole lot ensued but that situation was sorted out and junior smart ash got a warning letter from the hospital. Seems the patient is the customer - yeah, that's what it is.
