What is it you think the Union can do for you?

I'm sick of the low pay with no annual raises, no pay for safety meetings from home on my off time. Often told to step up and cover open shifts with no consideration for my private life. Only getting OT for revenue flights, and don't even ask about the few hours of pay for days away from home when attending semi-annual sim training.

I like my company but it's easier to get blood from a stone that to get our financial dues.

I can see the allore of a Union but not sure if I've got the fight for it.
