I guess complaining like a passive-aggressive is easier that putting actions with your words. You want the AMC union gone? Under RLA, you have only one option: alternate representation. Just get the majority of the represented employees to petition NLRB for alternate representation, and wah-la, your union is replaced. I have summarized the process and maybe used some incorrect terms for brevity but the process is spelled out, all you have to do is put in the work to follow it and get it done. But actual work is hard. It's much easier to just sit and stew and complain, n'est-ce pas?
