Only wish I could decertify our union. MTC currently hires year 1 above AMC who has been union for many years. Explain that. I get 3.25 increases for a few years and then years of stalemate followed by concessions in the form of month of reimbursement. Crap deal. Cost me a grand every year to be a part of this terrible ponzi scheme. |
