I call the 1% the "wind-em, blink-em, nod-em" clan.  Those privy to the timing and specific content of communications amongst themselves wh have lots of money that allow their kin to forecast profitable moves within their tiny society.  It is greatly enhanced by the insurance and financial  services 'industry' supported actively by government too stupid to realize where this is all going.

Government.  That's a subject all its own.  There is little to no leadership in 'modern' government.  Just look at the impact of the CCP virus on the US vs its impact on other nations.  Look at the very recent vaccination results that lag 90% of forecasts.  

Basically we have a government by a few, for a few.  Solution?  Review and change corporate governance to disallow outrageous increases in prices and compensation to management and executives.  That's about the only way to start things off, then,  term limits.

We have our own Oligarchs, just disguised behind a plethora of red tape.  

The common man and woman are starting to realize the extent to which this is ripping them off big time.

Change has to  occur, but peacefully.  Change by violence achieves absolutely nothing but hardship, regret, division and misery.
