This is why LA is such a poor state and the infrastructure is crumbling. When companies are allowed to avoid taxes, the people suffer. LA is not alone, many states use lower or no taxes to,keep business...WA and Amazon, ex. 

What most people don't understand is that corporate run governments, like ours, help business with low/no taxes while we, the working classes foot the bill for government...then they control the media so that we think it's the government that's the problem, not the corporations. This is why we got Trump, people know something is wrong but have accepted the corporate media lies...and now we have Mr. Pro Corporations as the new prez. We are all idiots, me included.
