The 119 IFR certified aircraft isn't in civilian hands yet and I don't even know that the Navy has any of their trainers as of yet outside the one(s) used for the demo. Supposedly Lifelink will have one third quarter.  Avionics from the current 119 to the IFR 119 are completely different.  There was a pilot job add from a contractor for a 119 maintenance pilot I saw last week in suport of the Navy contract.

They have also ordered a Trekker and 169.  The Trekker and IFR 119 avionics are similar.

The Navy has orderd 37 so far.  The "TH73A" will be slightly different fro, the civilian IFR 119.  Single point refueling I believe for one...
