Given the antique avionics in the 76 they could easily replace those airframes with the new H145. Both are equal when it comes to regular inspections and both honestly can be operated single pilot. The 76 is more difficult SPIFR given the throttle placemen. Med Trans is more capable of purchasing NEW aircraft with more up to date avionics than PHI can offer in their dinosaurs. PHI may have a surplus of S-76's but unfortunatel, no one wants them.
