the ladder stands to do it. If there's a problem with guys not being able to climb the fix needs to be found and applied - OSHA will appreciate it and so will you when some day you find yourself in the same position, and don't think it isn't going to happen.
Over six feet climbing up on to helicopters will eventually get some of you. I fell backwards from almost five feet on to concrete and only jump school landing technique allowed me to experience a safe landing roll and shake it off. Had a couple very slight aches but that was it, didn't even hit my head. Not everyone is going to be so lucky.
