It's not just Metro that is a bad place to work, it's the EMS, HAA, HEMS, helicopter industry as a whole. Personally I think that Metro is the worst of the worst but they are in a close tie to AMC. Watch your back could not be a more appropriate response. Just remember, when you work for "these people" such as Metro, especially in Atlanta, and you go to Shreveport for recurrent etc., you will immediately be in a hostile environment. Nothing you do will ever be good enough for either parties and they could give a rats aas about anything less than you becoming a mute robot.
My suggestion to anyone reading this is to LEAVE THE HELICOPTER INDUSTRY!!! It's absolutely gargage! Medical staff are borderline criminals, customers don't give a sh*t about you and idiots run the show.
