I don't think it really passes muster as being enforceable when they didn't allow any outside inspectors on site. They could have many nuclear weapons on site and tons of weapons grade uranium, and as long as they didn't self-report that they had those things, they would look to be in compliance.
Given the behavior of the Iranian leadership, I don't believe they are trustworthy enough for us to rely on self-reporting. Then again, I am naturally untrusting of governments that act as the Iranian government does. Others with different experiences may find them to be worthy of trust.
