Metro or any other “vendor” will treat Duke as it’s customer. Unfortunately our society preaches the “customer is always right” which is bad news for those workers providing the aviation Service. If the “vendor” model is so desireable, why is it that Metro doesn’t have a fixed wing department offering it’s services to Delta, Southwest, American, etc.?
