First, likely the number of signatures are not really all actual current employees.   Second, signatures expire after a period of time.  Thirdly, any employer in his right mind wouldn't accept those signatures without a certifcation of the NMB as determined by a representational election; at which time, anyone can be nominated as representative.


Local 108 has been in trusteeship more months than it has not, just comeing out of trusteeship yet for a third time.   It can't get members voluntarily, so it relies on CareFlight forced members/agency fees to help fund it.   Heck nobody from CareFliight is even on the Board of Directors, so that tells you just how corrupt that organization really is. 


Local 102 same problem.   Members are not there.   But, they are not a RLA local, so they can't force anyone to pay agency fees (ATTENTION, if they are taking agency fees from you as part of your contract, it is a violation of state's Right-To-Work laws!  You can pay them voluntarily if you want to, they can't force you to however!)


Local 107.   well....
