Over toques tend to damage sheet metal, structure an gearboxes, often T/R moreso than main. 500s crack at the boom fairing from repeated overtorques, I have also seen a keel beam crack top to bottom. 2 bladed Bells tend to damage the mast, and have in the case of the 205 and 214 twisted tailbooms off in flight. Blackhawks crack too, usually in predictable locations. I've heard of an AS350 with 1,000,000 worth of structral damage from overtoques, but it flew till it was grounded. Other aircraft will show it eventually. over temps on the otherhand can trash a turbine very quickly!
