Looking at the aircraft report page, it's evident that either not a lot of pilots are making pireps, or they don't make it to that page. If you are en route to somewhere, any nearby approach or tower controller should be able to give you any latest reports. 

Since HAA is a 24 hour operation in most places, pireps can be useful for those on a night shift. However, considering the decrease in air traffic after midnight, it's much less likely that anyone is around to actually file a pirep.
