the operators ability to shift blame. The camera footage will not exonerate the pilot unless the operator desires to exonerate the pilot. The "card" and the camera willl mysteriously disappear if the evidence does not show what the operator wants to show. The crash site wrecakage is always sifted through by company personnel quickly and surreptitiously. Why do you think the first on scene in any GOM crash is a diver paid by the company, or the safety officer and a member of middle management who hires out an airboat to get to the scene in the swamp?
As for the med crew, they have no liability whatsoever for operation of the aircraft, and if the aircraft is also equipped with a patient-cam, the med crew has total control over that item also.
