STOP confusing a 135 flight assignment with a duty period assignment. That repo flight is under the direction of the certificate for the purpose of an operation under that certificate and is still part of the 135 duty period reported for. The 14 hour is a planning rule, once you lift on that flight assignment you can exceed 14 hours with or without the crew, but it is still part of the pilots 135 duty period assignment and therefore falls under 135 however you slice it
