You posted the same response to another thread about the med crew and John Hopkins. Get a life.
Yes, Med Crew have some input in the Go/No Go decision. I think they are entitled to that when they strap into a helicopter in one of the most dangereous jobs. Some guy have an issue with that way of thinking because they believe you should not question the captain.
As an EMS pilot for many years I have found you listen and advise. If they don't want to go you document in case questions arise later. I have met some med crew who don't want to fly, they would rather sleep. I make it clear I will document any turn downs.
Don't push weather and listen to the crews concerns, and you will win respect.
