The Careforce aircraft never lifted off. As the crew walked out side the pilot said he was decling for weather. The medic who was new and wanted to save a life was unhappy because it was a clear night. After the pilot pointed out halo's around the street lights and said the conditions where conducive to fog, the medic backed down. The Careforce crew got a good night sleep and the pilot was thanked by the crew the next morning at the programs pre planned safety meeting. Later someone said the patient was a lady of the night who might have been thrown out of a 18 wheeler. Moral of the story...Don't let the crew push you into taking a flight if either your gut or experience tells you otherwise.
