Yea, I agree with the other responders. Not enough IFR time? Unless you are applying for an SPIFR position, you should have been screened by HR/computer for the basic requirements. Wouldn't even get to the interview if you didn't meet the posted minimums. And no, it is not normal for a medical member to do an interview for a pilot position. I've been through 2 hiring processes with AMC (yea, I'm a slow learner) Both interviews were with the RAM and HR person on the phone from Denver. That's it. Good luck.
