With your current hours and experience, as long as the longline/VTR is the only skill you are lacking from the following requirements...you shouldn't have any trouble finding a utility company to train you up for that to meet OAS Carding standards:

All Helicopters Minimum Experience Flying Hours
Total Time .................................. 1,500
Pilot–in-command hours:
Total Pilot-in Command (Helicopter) ............................................. 1,500
Helicopter, Preceding 12 months…… ........... 100
Weight Class ................................ 100
Make and Model................................ 50
Make, Model, Series, Last 12-Months .............................................. 10
Turbine Helicopter Operations ................ 100

Look for the companies advertising positions and send out resumes, you may not get a response from all but I guarantee some will be interested.
