1. RLA contracts never “Expire” they become amendable after a mutually agreed upon time period. It take two parties to negotiate in good faith to get a deal done. If one party wants to stall to wait for the business to improve, don’t blame the other. 


2. Executives usually have a low base salary with bonuses as part of the whole. Also they give themselves nothing, it must be voted on by a board.


3. Timing of payments and such is quite often a business decision. 


Speak to what you know and this is not it. 


Dont be surprised when this time next year Bristow rules this sector of the aviation business.
