of having to humor the med crew by pretending that they actually contribute something to the flight outside of patient care. The struggle is real. I really enjoy it when they tell me I'm clear of the fence or tell me about some airliner 10 miles away followed by a "no factor" which makes me want to tell them that if it's not a factor, it's not necessary to tell me about it. How about the always helpful "over the pad"? One girl often likes to warn me of "high flying birds" that we aren't even close to. She hasn't mentioned any low flying birds, though, just the high flying ones. Isn't a bird a bird? When it's flying high, I guess. She's awesome! Tough if you don't like my whining and no, I'm not going to get another job.
