Just read one recently where the Ground Agency makes a statement similar to following, plugging an HAA service--

It was something like, the helicopter can make this run in 10 minutes, but by ground it takes us 15 to 20 minutes...

Really?

So instead of putting the poor schmuck into the truck and going on, you're gonna wait 15 minutes for the aircraft to get there, spend 10 minutes packaging him, and then fly? With a net loss of transport time of 15 minutes or so getting the guy to the hospital by air, as compared to truck?

And, on top of that, send him a $30K bill?

Really folks, you need to pay attention not only to what we're really doing here...if anything...and how you present it to the public as well.
